  • Your Email address to send official quote to.
  • Venue location & Street Address of the event¬†
  • How many guests - approx
  • Date of wedding or event - day month year
  • Date of delivery - usually Thursday or Friday for receptions and other events and the day of for ceremonies
  • Pick up date - is normally Monday, Sunday pick up occurs additional charges
  • List of products with quantities you would like a quote for
  • Is your event inside or outside?
  • Do you have an event planner - we can work in with them
